The Application Process

In terms of future years, we have currently applied for rezoning with the aim of developing our facilities.  Should this be approved, we will look to increase our capacity substantially in the medium-term. We are currently working with the architects to look at short-term options as well.  If and when this occurs, we will be able to offer places to potential families and ensure we staff it appropriately so we can cater to all of our students’ needs.

Report cards from the past two years

-St. John’s Academy’s admissions staff will be contacting the student’s current/last school directly

– students will require an interview as part of the admissions process which will be arranged in the first two weeks of February

– Applicants will receive one of three decisions: acceptance, waitlist, decline
– Applicants must complete registration within one week from Letter of Acceptance
– The decision will be made in the first week of March. All families have two weeks to complete the Enrolment Form and pay the deposit.

Transcripts from overseas need to be translated into English and notarized
Passport copies
Student photo
Study permit/Entrance Visa
Show proof of medical insurance
Custodianship information

Certain grade levels and/or students will require an interview as part of the admissions process

Applicants will receive one of three decisions: conditional acceptance, waitlist, decline

Receive an offer letter
Sign an enrollment contract

Contact school to issue payment notice
Pay school fee

Receive a letter of acceptance
We will issue a tuition receipt

Apply for the study permit through local authorities
