Wouldn’t it be great to be able to actually walk through our campus and see St. John’s Academy for yourself? Well, you’re in luck! We can easily arrange that for you.

So what can you expect to see when taking a live tour of our campus? Firstly, you can expect to be in awe of our charming setting right next to tranquil Shawnigan Lake. Surrounded by forests and loads of natural light, whether you’re inside or outside the school, you’ll feel a sense of peace and calm. If you weren’t in a state of the art school facilities, you might think you were on vacation!

But don’t be fooled – our school uses the incredible nature we’re surrounded by to teach our Outdoor Education Program, offer our co-curricular activities and inspire students both in and out of the classroom.

As you pass through the school you’ll see student art adorning the walls. If you’ve got a penchant for reading, you’ll love perusing our library. And if you can’t wait to find the next miracle cure, then you’ll surely appreciate our science centre and laboratories.

Of course, if you’re planning to stay in our residence, you’ll be pleased to tour our residences. They’ll be your home away from home! You’ll get a feel for what it looks like to live and learn in a community. Living on campus will teach you empathy, inclusion and understanding.

But what if you can’t come in person? Well, we’ve got two great ways for you to experience our campus. One is this fantastic video virtual tour. You’ll be able to learn so much about our campus!

Secondly, we can register you for a live virtual tour. What does that mean? Well, it means that we set up a time for you to be connected with one of our staff members who will virtually walk you around our campus to show you some more details one-one. This way you’ll be able to ask live questions as you would if you were here in person.
